Re: Did the The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle remove the kits?

Hello there!

I have tried to go through EA Help to no avail for my issue, so I'm hoping I'll be able to solve it here.

I had recently bought The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle, which is supposed to include two Sims 4 kits with your purchase: Grunge Revival and Throwback Fit Kit. Both of these kits have never shown up in my EA library. It's not shown in my managed add-ons section either. And if I check the kits on the EA app itself, it doesn't show I own them.

How can I recover these two missing kits?

Sorry to say, but those two Sims 4 kits were only part of the Sims 25th Birthday Bundle for a limited time.

Oh... that's a shame. I do wish that was clarified more because I was under the impression that it was still available, but ah well. Thank you for your help then!
