Hi @TheSpaark & @ArthieLefort,
We did have an issue yesterday with downloading and accessing the two new kits- but that issue should now be resolved.
If you're still unable to access your kits today, please be sure to let me know so we can take a look with you.

@EA_Solaire I am having the same issue, just purchased and downloaded the two new kits about thirty minutes ago, but they won't show up in game.l despite restarting. What should I do?

In the EA app, if you right-click The Sims game tile, go to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons, are you seeing an option there to install these kits, or are they already showing as installed?

@EA_SolaireHello, i just bought the two new kits and am having the same problems as the people in this threat. I tried all the sollitions above but it didn't help. I really hope you can tell me about another sollution because i'm really excited about the kits and they were a small present for myself.
Ps. Since dowloading the kits and them not showing up i have been playing the game. But now i also seem to not get acces to the gallery anymore. It just keeps trying to connect and i have never had to wait more the a few seconds now it has been a few minutes and it's still loading. Could these issues have a connection?

@henkinarocks While you're waiting for a reply from EA_Solaire, you can try the other suggestions in the first post of this thread:
For reference, the folder for Simtimates is labeled SP38, and Bathroom Clutter is SP39.

- 3 years ago@EA_Solaire, Bought the two new pack this morning. Suitemates says to download it now but, I have tried twice and neither time has worked. The Bathroom one still doesn't show up on my launcher. although both say that I own them and only need to download them to have them show up. Clicking the download button doesn't work either it goes black like it is downloading but nothing happens.

It still isn't resolved for me. I worked with an EA support person on chat until late last night, but no matter what we tried, I still can't get the two new kits to download in the EA app. If I click the download button, everything greys out, and nothing downloads.

@MochaCanela Did you try to clear the EA app cache? click the three bars in the upper left. Help - click app recovery. click clear cache. Worth a try.
- 3 years ago@EA_Solaire Both kits now show up in my launcher to download, but when I click on them they turn black but nothing happens. I have done everything that has been said to do but still the same thing.

I tried everything that was mentioned so I looked in my program files and it still showed Sims 4 being Origin although I uninstalled it. So just now I uninstalled my game started my launcher again and I'm installing the EA version of the game and all my pack, kits and everything is now installing. Origin is now off my computer and Sims 4 is in the EA folder with the Sims 3 game where it is suppose to be. Others may want to try this also and it may work for them also.

Hey all,
We are currently investigating this issue to determine the root cause, if you could share with us an EA Error Report ID, it would greatly aide us in narrowing down the specific issue occurring here 🙂
From inside the EA app:
- Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app, hover over Help, then click EA Error Reporter.
- Choose the Type of problem you’re having.
- Tell us about the issue you’re having in the Description of problem box.
- If you’re running the Error Reporter as part of your EA Help case, include your Case Number in the Support Ticket Number (Optional) box.
- You can find your Case Number in your cases on EA Help or inside any support emails we sent you about this issue.
- Check the box next to Share diagnostic information when report is submitted.
- Click Submit report and wait for it to complete.
- Post your Report ID here.
