We did have an issue yesterday with downloading and accessing the two new kits- but that issue should now be resolved.
If you're still unable to access your kits today, please be sure to let me know so we can take a look with you.
@EA_Solaire, Bought the two new pack this morning. Suitemates says to download it now but, I have tried twice and neither time has worked. The Bathroom one still doesn't show up on my launcher. although both say that I own them and only need to download them to have them show up. Clicking the download button doesn't work either it goes black like it is downloading but nothing happens.
