SIMS 4 latest update, jumping shaking screen

Question

Its been awhile since Ive played my Sims 4 deluxe edition. My copy is online so when I went to play today, it said there was an update so I updated it. What the heck happened? my screen is now all jumpy, like will trigger seizures in those that are prone to seizures. What can I do to change my game back? it worked just fine a couple of months ago and now I cant play because that screwed up screen is annoying. its not just on one particular screen either its on every one, mostly at the top. What can I do to fix this? I don't ask for a lot in life but when I pay for games to play at my leisure and I cant it seriously bugs me. Thanks

Hii @Kooks1031!I had the same problem! As soon as I updated my sims 4 the screen went jumpy and it flickered a lot, I went into my settings and if you go on graphics then display there is a tick box that says "Vertical Sync" well I clicked that and the flickering went away.
