Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

@DemyanPoorBoy  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  Please create an EA App error report and provide the report ID, as described in post 2.  Please also uninstall the game, start the install process, and post a screenshot of the language options you see.
