Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I live in Scotland and have never played the game in any other language but English.   When installing the new expansion pack "Growing Together" I realised my game added two of the same (new) worlds...

were you ever able to resolve this issue? i'm having the same problem and have no idea what to do to fix it. i've tried everything!

@TayKieLaF  To be clear, were you previously able to play Sims 4 in English?  And you're now limited to Czech, Polish, or Russian?

For reference, please post a screenshot of the language options you see in the EA App.  Please also create an EA App error report, as described here:
