Sims 4 launched in Czech. Reinstalled game now only gives me 3 language options

I was finally able to use the live chat support option, I had to be logged out in order for it to appear... Strange.
One of their members helped me reset my game language, and used your example as a suggestion, which was perfect to at least get my game set to English. The downside? I bought the multilingual pack back then, and they said I can only have 1 language at a time, so I asked it to be Spanish only then, which they said it wasn't possible, just English. But eh, It's something!
