Was playing the sims 4 few days ago like normal, next day I went on EA app to start Sims 4 and it was in a different language (Czech), tried uninstalling the game, the only language that shows up when downloading it again is English but the game is still in Czech and there's no way to change it.
Hey, so, I've had the same issue myself, but I fixed it with a work around.
If you have Steam, download the base game on there. Launch after download and Link your EA account.
The game will be in English, and have all your EA saved data.
Then just play from Steam, and have fun.
@EA_Solaire how is the investigation going? this is ridiculous. I would like to get my money back or be able to play the game.

Thank you for your reply but this doesn't solve the problem. I bought the game in Polish and I would like to be able to play in Polish, not English. The Steam is supposed to be an international version but it's English only.
