Sims 4 Leg Glitch? Bug?

Hey I've been having this weird thing happening to my sims legs everytime she walks. It's not just one character. and It doesn't happen to others Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried restart...

    Temporarily remove all your Mods and CC then try the game without.
