For Windows8 users you must be updated to 8.1 with all updates done.
When this is complete you should be able to install from disk if it does not install from disk, you can only do the digita download.
To do so just redeem the code in origin and hit download.

What if you have already used the code in the case the first time and now you have windows 10 and it doesn't work
You need access to the account you have used the code on.
Log into Origin with that and install the game from there
If I redeem my code for the digital can I still redeem it with the disc? what's the difference between the digital and the disc?
Once you have redeemed your code on Origin you can either downlaod the game via the Origin client or install it via the disc. Doesn't matter which method you choose.
With the disc, you won't need to download anything (except patches) as all the data is on the disc.
Other than that, they are the same.
