i bought the laundry day stuff pack a couple months ago but never once was able to use it. i uninstalled the pack and reinstalled it.. still wont work. ive even repaired the game.. im too late for a refund so id love any advice!
Snoogs0G When you say it doesn't work, do you mean that none of its content shows up in-game, or that some or all of its features don't work? For example, are there no washing machines, or do you have the washing machines but your sims can't use them?
If none of the content shows up, please open Marketplace > My Collection and see whether Laundry Day is deactivated. If it is, reenable it and reload the game.
Yeah its definitely deactivated, how do i fix that?
i googled how to activate it. It totally works now that i have fixed it, thanks so much!!
