Sims 4 Limited Edition - Disc installation

Have purchased the Sims 4 Limited edition and am trying to install from the discs, there are two discs, put in disc 1 and it wants me to create an origin account which I have done and then it starts ...

Hello ecatsstace,

For Windows8 users you must be updated to 8.1 with all updates done.

When this is complete you should be able to install from disk if it does not install from disk, you can only do the digita download. 

To do so just redeem the code in origin and hit  download.

    do i have to move disc 2 file to disc 1 file? please help

      No only insert the disk when it asks you todo so. Or do the digital download.
