I've tried everything but it still won't install from disc I have windows 7 should I try updating my computer then try it again?

- Thanks but goofy me your supposed to download the game first than install thanks! My older sis helped me! I'm going to stay up 1:00 am because I have Hughes net and that's the free time period.
On question 4, I couldnt find and activate sims 4 things nor did I have any pop ups telling me to put in my code
