I have almost the same problem! I have the Sims 4 limited Edition, and I am trying to download it on Windows 7, but it does not work!! It gets to the part right after I log into Origin, and I get to my game library and it gives the error message "Temporarily unavailable, this action could not be completed. We may be experiencing an unusually high server load or undergoing maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes." Now I might actually believe this was the real problem if I hadn't been getting the same message for weeks! Even when I try to put in the product code directly to download it, it STILL doesn't work. PLEASE HELP! I dont want to have wasted my money on this...
