Sims 4 loads to a white screen of death.

What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I try to run the Sims 4 from EA app, it will open to a white screen, and then game freezes.
What do you expect to see? Game to run
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No

After the last Sims 4 update, whenever I try to run the Sims 4 from EA app, it will open to a white screen, and then game freezes.
Sims 4 ran without any issues before downloading the update.
I don’t use any mods whatsoever.
Some Troubleshooting I have tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the Sims 4.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the EA Launcher.
- Repair the game through the EA launcher.
- Checked for current Graphics Drivers. I am current.
- Going offline and trying to run the EA app.
- Restarting my whole computer, numerous times.
- Running the game with "Open as Administrator."
- Excepting the Sims 4 Electronic Arts and Steam files on my Antivirus.
- Deleted cache files.
- Created a clean user folder.
- Checked for files in ConfigOverride folder, found none.
- Ran Dxdiag. Showed no problems found.
- Tried windows clean boot.
- Tried using the -dx11 command, and the -dx9 command.
