Ok i know how to modify the Type of lot by going into build and selecting the Type of lot i want but after that i have No clue how u purchase this Lot that i have changed to Bar type is there anyone here that know how i can buy the lot after i have changed the type of lot i want it to be
you can only purchase retail and restaurant lots (you need the according expansion/game pack for that)
If you want to be able to purchase other lots, you'll need a mod
Bowling Stuff Expansion and it lets me switch to that lot no problem just a matter of buying the lot after i have selected the type of lot i want

That's the ONLY two you can buy
not sure it is the same lot i could put a restaurant on i just before i buy it change the type of lot i want it to be instead of restaurant i change it to bar
You can't purchase lots that are bars.

You can still build a bowling alley. Your Sim just can't own it.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding your issue.

No you can't
As said above, there's a mod out there that can help you with this (not sure if it's been updated for bowling though)
