Upon loading into a household, none of the sims know each other.

I've loaded into the Bailey-Moon household and the Price household to test this when I first came across the bug. Upon loading into the household, none of the sims have any relationships. Their family tree shows that sims are still married and who is their children, but no relationships are being shown in the relationship panel. The sims have to be reintroduced to each other. I have some mods and cc but none of the mods I have affect relationships. I'm still troubleshooting and 50/50-ing my current save, but this problem seems to be less of a mods problem and more of a very annoying glitch. I've only come across this bug since the newest update.
