Could anyone tell me the the mod so i can buy bar type lots and make a profit from bowling alleys
It's called: More Buyable Venues and new Venue Types and you can find it at modthesims.

Ok i got the mob bought my bar only one problem i have no way to give money to my business cause it doesnt recognize the i have the bar as a restaurant or what ever it only shows my one restaurant so i cant transfer funds to it to build it
You'll have to ask the modder for the detail on how it works.
