sims 4 male facial hair stuck after aging up

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all expansion packs, all game packs except vampires, and I have my first pets stuff, laundry day, toddlers stuff, backyard, movie, cool kitchen, vintage glamour, and perfect patio stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Age a random townie sim up from teen to young adult while in your household not theirs and then call them over later and the male sim should have a permanent long beard
What happens when the bug occurs? The male sim has a permanent long grey beard that doesnt change and cannot be removed in create a sim
What do you expect to see? to be able to remove the sims beard and change it if I would like.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Even when I remove the custom content the issue still remains
