Sims 4 Menu Glitches

I moved to a new computer and reinstalled the Sims 4 and copied over my Mods folder (Which has 20GB worth of mods), my Tray Folder, and Saves Folder. After I updated a few of my mods, I open the game going to enable mods in the settings, I found that my menus were greyed out and distorted, with my Graphics settings and audio settings not even showing. I might Just have some broken mods that I don't know about.

Here are my PC Specs if it helps:

Intel Core i5 6400 @ 2.70GHz

Acer Predator G3-710 Motherboard

24GB DDR4 RAM

GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB OC Edition

1TB Seagate Hard Drive

Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Move the mods folder to desktop , let the games create new empty one. fix the game in Origin and check if you still have this problem. If not - copy and paste mods from desktop to new mods folder . You have to check every script mods to find if game is working properly with it. Last patches had broken many script modes and you have to use only latest versions .
If you have plenty of CC check it with 50/50 method.
    I don't work for EA
