Sims 4 My Library available acrosss all my computers?

I own 3 computers and would like the contents of "My Library" synced across all 3 as long as I log into Origin with the same ID. My edits, updates, etc. doesn't seem to be syncing across all of them in that I can create a house/lot on one machine, save it to My Library - log into my account on another machine and cannot locate the lot in My Library. Is this not how it is suppose to work? What might I be doing wrong if it is? Thanks

    As far as I know, everything that you UPLOADED and saved to the Gallery should be in My Library, but when I started up the game, the Sims I created and uploaded to The Gallery in the CAS demo weren't there.
