Sims 4 My Sim Has Disappeared!

I moved in two of my sims from one household (Anabeth and Lilliana) and moved them into a new lot with their friend from a different household (Sky). At first I see Anabeth and Sky standing outside the house (lilliana is at school), I click on Anabeth to check her needs, and then Sky. But his needs turn up blank. So I click on Anabeth again, then back to Sky but Sky has disappeared. I click on his picture in the household panel and hit Enter to take me to where he's at but it takes me nowhere.

At first his face in the household panel isn't grayed/faded out and I am able to click the home button to return him back to home. I click it but he's not returning. I then Ctrl+Shift+C // resetsim Sky Wong. The game tells me "sim not found" I retry by first entering testingcheats on. Then resetting the Sim and the same message pops up. I figure this may be a loading error so I save, exit, and restart the game.

When I come back into the game I find sky standing in front of the house but then he waves goodbye and disappears. His face on the household panel is now faded.

I also though that maybe this is because i moved him while he was supposed to be at work, he's in the medical field. So I waited for his shift to end to see if he'd come back or reappear but he didn't.
