Sims 4 my sims are stuck won’t move at all

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go on sims 4 and try asking the sim too do smething
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim just won’t move and a lot the the stuff that worked before the last update won’t work now like pets poop won’t fertilise my plants anymore it’s saw fustrating coz I love the game but it’s just sim stuck and won’t move
What do you expect to see? Everything working as it did before before the last update my sims too move on a command and be able too use dog poop too help grow my garden fertiles it

Hi having proplems we sims 4 the game keeps freezing and my sim want do any command I tell them to do. they just stand there staring into space and my rainbow poop won’t fertilise my plants please help as I can’t play sims 4 till the game is fix ps my computer is to top range computer we loads off data on it iv deleted file out off folder reset factory settings and done a repair and still know change all this started after sims last update it worked fine till update crashed all my came
