Sims 4 never loads

With the newest EA sale, I decided to buy some more extra content to my Sims 4 world. I would add two pieces of content and see if the game worked. It wasn't until Parenthood, get famous, and laundry day that was added that my Sims didn't work. It would show the beginning animation of the plumbot twirling, then sizing down showing the "exit, minimize, and expand" buttons, in which expanding would bring a white screen and being glitched to not be able to exit out unless my PC resetted itself. I immediately went to search up ways with dealing with this, such as deleting the cache, repairing the game in origin, removing mods, deleting certain files and so much more.

  • @BasicBruno  Please try disabling Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

If that doesn't help, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to this folder yet; just see whether the game loads far enough for you to start a new save and play for a bit.  Let me know either way.

If you still can't play even with a clean folder in place, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
