LoneFox113 The dxdiag is missing a lot of information because the process crashed five separate times while running. That could be a fluke in theory, but more likely you have some kind of system issue that needs to be addressed. Whether or not Sims 4 starts running better, I'd definitely run some basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Click Windows key-X and choose "PowerShell (Administrator)" or "Windows Terminal (Administrator)," whichever one is offered
- Copy and paste DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth , and enter
- If DISM throws an error, stop here and let me know what it says
- If it goes to completion, copy and paste sfc /scannow , and enter
- Post the message you receive
Restart your computer. Open Windows Settings > Update & Security and click the box to check for updates, even if you have already. If any install, restart again afterwards.
Separately, is it true that your computer doesn't have a dedicated graphics card? It wouldn't be surprising in an Inspiron, but I wanted to ask just in case you do have a GPU but it's not recognized.
