Sims 4, No Download??

I've recently bought a Sims 4 bundle from Argos. There was no disc, just a product code inside. I've followed the instructions, set up an Origin account, gone to redeem code, entered the code. code has been accepted. But no sign of the game anywhere?? It's not in My games, it's not in the download queue, no e-mail has been sent with a link, Nothing!!

 I've tried entering the code again, and it's saying code already used.

 Next step is to log out, turn pc off, and try again. If that doesn't work I'm struggling.

 Help please, Any idea's??
