Sims 4 no load game option
Hi!! I’m having trouble with my Sims 4 game! I have read everyone’s reply but nothing is working. There is no load game option for me on the main menu, only “start new game”. I’m bummed because I worked so hard on my other game. Can anyone help me? I checked the saves file and I have files in there. I also tried dragging it out to my desktop. I’m pretty sure the game is using OneDrive. This also only started happening after my computer kept telling me I have no storage left. Might that be it? PLEASE HELP !!
@baemieee Try recovering a backup save. For the save labeled Slot_00000002.save.ver1 , change the 2 to a 3 (but leave the other numbers intact) and delete the .ver1 extension, so the file name ends in .save . Then see whether it's available to load.
OneDrive is definitely involved here—it's syncing your saves as well as renaming some of them (the ones with DESKTOP etc. in their names). If you'd like to get rid of OneDrive, here's how:
