I recently merged my ea and origan acount together and since then i have lost my pack that i had on origin (the uni one)
It says on my origin that i own it but in the actual sims menu it says i dont own any and need to re buy them. How do i fix this and/ or what do i do about it as its very frustrating.
Also would my packs that i purchesed through xbox appear on it too as i have city living and one of the kid or tolder packs on my xbox for them.

@crazydevilgirl For the issue with Discover University, please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
The packs you've purchased for XBox will not appear in your Origin game library no matter what you do. All Sims 4 content needs to be purchased separately for each console and for PC/Mac; it doesn't transfer between these platforms.
