Sims 4 no sound
Whenever I load the Sims 4, it only has sound in creat a sim. I've checked the settings and the volume on my computer, but everything is fine. What do I do?

Sorry, but could you explain your answer?
I'm not sure what you mean by that you checked your settings.
Did you try rebooting TS4?
Did you check the Audio settings?
Did you check the Volume Mixer? (Not sure what computer you use, Right click then click on "Open Volume Mixer", then look for TS4.)
