Sims 4, non-transparent pools

Hi,

I'm having problems with creating a transparent rooftop pool. I've been using all kinds of windows to make it appear transparent. Everytime I align the window to the wall it appears as tranparent but once I attach the window it becomes all blurry or blocked. Here's a screenshot. Could it be a graphics issue? I've already set everything to "high" in game options, stil didn't work.

    Are using any extra custom content or mod (modifications) for the game? The lighting in general seems to look off for the normal game. Also have you made sure your graphics drivers are up to date? Reflections in water work different than normal lighting shades so this is why I ask about the graphics card and mods.
