If you have any mods or custom content, remove them.
You can also try repairing the game via Origin (by right-clicking the Sims 4 in your game library and clicking "Repair Game").

don't have any mods and i have already tried to repair game and i don't know what the other thing you posted means, you're gonna have to be more specific than that.
