I have the same problem, i just dont know what a DixDag is, don't see why I need to do one and need an explanation on what to do. I meet even just get a refund or something but I don't want this to happen again! We need an EA member to help : this could soon effect a larger group of people! But it feels good to know that it's not just me having this difficulty.Why does it have to update, it was perfect in the first place?!
Are you using mods or custom content in your game ? Same symptoms as the OP ?
Your DxDiag show us helpers what computer you have and if they are all updated and meet the requirements.
