Sims 4 Not Loading

My sims 4 game won't load.

I am able to get to the home page and click "resume" on my saved game, however the game never moves past the loading screen. I have removed all mods, repaired the game, updated my laptop, deleted files off my laptop to create more storage, restarted my laptop, deleted and re-installed the origin app, updated the game, and nothing seems to work.

  • @2y3gnvi9wc7o  Can you start a new save?  Please try and let me know, just as a test.  Please also let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS.

I have Windows 11 and I have also done everything the previous person had done to try to get the game to load past the family I selected to play. Please help me I don't know what else to do.

@AmberA79  If you haven't already, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If that doesn't or didn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
