If that does not help you. Have the game ever worked on this computer? Have you played any other similar games on it?
It doesn't seem to work, once it has finished extracting it says " This operating system is not supported ". And yes this game has worked before.
Hm okay try using the intel auto detect for driver if the one I linked did not work 🙂

When did it stop working? After an update/patch or installation of a pack, or did you make a change with the computer?
Thanks, I'll try the auto detect. And my Sims 4 stopped working around 4 days ago, my game updated long before that. I haven't changed any files on my computer.
