@KRP2001 Try repairing the game in Steam: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 tile, and select Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of the game files.
If that doesn't help, try deleting the file in your error message and repairing again. The repair should download a fresh copy of the file.
If that doesn't help either, please let me know what antivirus you use.

@puzzlezaddict It did not help, sorry. I can´t find the file and no idea how to repair it. When I click properties, no option `local files´appear. Thnaks <3

I dont have Steam. I play through EA DEsktop app

@tayecuianachina What issue are you having when you try to play? If you get an error, please post a screenshot.
To repair the game in the EA App, open the App game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.
