Hey,
I updated my game in November and practically all the CAS content wasn’t there - no bedazzled necklace, shiny jacket, rhinestone jeans, acid wash jeans, etc - the only thing I’ve found was the faux fur jacket for women
I’ve done everything I could think of to fix the issue and nothing has worked
Is there anything else I could do and is anyone else having the same problem?

If you have any mods move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in game folder and fix game in Origin. Some CC and mods are broken after patch. If you don't have mods fix the game also.
The rest of the CAS items from the patch are unlocked with the new Stylist career. So for them to show up in your game, you will need to advance in the career (unless you use a cheat - I am not sure which though).
