sims 4 only sims at work can use computer

Since the latest update my sims can't use the computer. The menu doesn't even popup. But it pops up if they are at work. 

I do not have mods or cc. 

I have tried different computers, pads, desks but none of them work. 

I also don't have the option to move one sim out. Only the whole family.
