Hello, when I try to open Sims it will get past "The Sims 4" sign, then when it goes to the loading screen it will close and then I'm back on origin. I have already tried uninstalling origin and the sims 4, repair, and everything else but nothing is working, Please help.
@SammiSingh If you haven't already, please move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit. If you can, you can start moving your saves and other content from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one and testing.
If you have the same issue even before adding any content to the new folder, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
