Hello I have recently downloaded two new expansion packs- Growing Together and Discovery University (Sims 4 - Ea App) but they are not showing up in the game. I have tried restarting, repairing and exiting. I am not able to uninstall due to not having admin rights. Thanks so much for you help! 💓

Yes it says “Play” when I search it up. It says I have it added and purchased.

Otherwise, please run a search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP13 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
Please repeat the process for EP08 , which is Discover University.
