Sims 4 Paranormal Stuff - Summoning/Manifesting NPC Issue

I have only one idea now. Remove all scripts mods to test, delete localthumbcache..package file, and fix the game in Origin
Origin /My games library - right-click on the cover of TS4 - option: Repair.
Then check if you still have this error.
If it will work paste your mods one by one into the mods folder every time checking if the game is working properly.
