Sims 4 Performance and Crashing (Crash on Travel, Slow Load Time)

Hi there, I have been experiencing various issues with Sims 4 in the last few months, some of which have almost cost me my save files due to possible corruption; thankfully, I was able to revert back to a few auto-saves that only cost me about two or three sim days. Since then, I have been on a bit of a quest to try and get these issues resolved.

The first issue relates to this topic:

Summary: I have been experiencing crashes at random instances when I save or travel.

Per my notes, I have done the following so far to attempt to resolve this issue:

- Cleared Cache files from Sims 4 folder

- Moved all Save files out of Sims 4 directory and re-inputted them.

- Deleted all system-generated Sims that may have conflicted with custom content.

- Removed all custom content.

- Repaired Installation through Origin

- Reinstalled Sims 4 and all Stuff/Expansion packs.

- Disabled Origin In-Game.

- Toggled Laptop Mode On/Off

- Ran Sims 4 as a Windows Administrator (Even changed Windows Users entirely)

- Replaced Video Card (Was using an ATI before, now switched to an nVidia.)
- Upgraded RAM (Went from 12GB to 24GB, can upgrade to a maximum of 32 GB if I wish.)

- Replaced Router and Network Adapter (Not relevent, but was experiencing intermittent Download and Upload delays, replacing these seemed to stabilize that issue.)

Per some research I found while perusing various Sim sites, I was told that in a 64-bit operating system it is a rather common occurrance for Sims 4 to automatically crash once RAM usage approaches 3.6 GB, this seems to be the case from what I am running into in Sims 4.

As for my save file, it appears to be 5195 KB, which doesn't appear that large.

An odd test I did as well, I managed to swap computers entirely, to a lower-performing computer with 8 GB of RAM, and the game seems to be running...although of course slower due to the lower RAM and lower graphics card.

As a temporary not-so-reliable-workaround, I have been manually saving my game at 5-minute intervals, this is very inconvenient for a player, especially as the Save occasionally crashes.

--------------------------------------------

Second issue has to do with long load times when accessing lots, even empty lots. This at first did not bother me much because I am used to long load times since I also play Sims 2 on occasion. The steps I have taken so far are the same as above, and I have seen no change in performance.

Note: Per this community's restrictions, I am unable to post my DxDiag.txt file in a spoiler tag in this opening post, so I shall do so in a reply.
