Sims 4 Pets problem
when I attempt to edit or create animals or pets in sims 4 pets the program informs me that the graphics have been blocked and it freezes and I cannot use the game. I've tried several times to uninstall and reinstall the program however the problem persists. I'm useless with technology.. somebody help!
- Unfortunately, your processor and graphics chip don't fulfill the minimum requirements of the game and the cats & dogs EP seems to push it over the limit what it can handle.
Did you buy the EP through Origin ? If so, I guess I would try get a refund for it through support or if you have the means, get a stronger computer.
