@FreyjaVeemo Your dxdiag lists a couple of system errors, so please start by running some basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the button to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
Now open the Device Manager, which you can access with Windows key-X as well. Expand the Audio section, click on the first entry, and click the black and green Update button. Repeat for each entry in that section and the Sound section. It's fine if not all devices have available updates, but hopefully you'll at least get one for your Razer speakers, whose driver is from 2019 and may well be the issue here.
If that doesn't help either, let me know. Your dxdiag also lists a couple of Origin errors, which might be nothing, but that would be the next place to look.
