Checking your old thread, I saw you never posted your specs, so could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

@wisniowe Your laptop's hardware is very weak for Sims 4: both your processor and its integrated graphics card are significantly below the recommendation for even the base game. You can try updating the graphics driver to the newest one Intel offers:

But it's going to be very hard to play well on this computer. The best you can do is turn down the graphics to low settings, reduce the in-game resolution, and not run anything else on your computer while you're playing; and hope for the best.
