Sims 4 Real Estate Menu Issues

I have made sure my game is up to date on all updates and even repaired my game but I still cannot access the real estate menu on my sims phone or computer. I have no way of buying a second home or anything. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

    There is no second homes or real estate menu in Sims 4.

    If you have get to work, you can buy a retail lot to have your own store but that's it.
