I recommend unplugging your router, waiting for about 10 seconds and then plugging it back in and then try to install the game again.
If that doesn't work, turn off everything unnecessary that connects to the internet - consoles, tablets, phones etc. because they tend to be prioritised over downloads by providers.
I can't think of anything else, but if none of my recommendations help, search "how to increase download speed" on Google.
