Sims 4 reinstalling on every open of Origin?

Fiance doesn't even know what EA answers is, so I'm doing this for him. Hope this is acceptable!

1) Fiance's game forces Verify, Finalize, and Reinstall every time he opens Origin.

2) He's reinstalled 4 times, on his 5th now. It's been 3 and a half hours.

3) He's uninstalled Origin, twice.

4) He's cleared cache.

He is using my account, but my account is fine. I'm able to open Origin and press Play on Sims 4 literally right now. There's no issue at all for me. But for him, it just won't work at all, no matter what he tries. He's the one who's purchased nearly all of the Sims 4 packs within the past 2 years for me, so he's very much not happy with this knowing he's not able to play something he spent his money on, meanwhile I am and I didn't have to do anything special to play at all. 

Is there a way to bypass Origin? I've never needed to know of a way to play without Origin before because Origin itself has always worked for me. I have had City Living issues before, but that's it. But it just won't work at all for him, so is there any other way? 

EDIT: My account has every pack besides Star Wars. So you can see just how much money he's spent for me on this, and how annoying it'd be not to be able to use the game at all himself.

    No, we each have our own, so he's using his PC for it. But iirc, you're able to install it on multiple machines right? I think I did so in the past on laptop and my desktop. And I'll attach the dxdiag, but his PC should be able to run Sims 4 flawlessly. He's never had any issue running any game before, especially high intense ones. And he doesn't have any virus protection besides the built in from Win 10.

    @NyxKere666  Yes, you can install Sims 4, or any Origin game, on multiple computers, and it shouldn't be an issue as long as you don't try to sign into Origin on multiple computers at the same time.  The reason I asked is because if you two were using the same computer, and this issue affected your fiance but not you, there would only be a narrow set of potential causes.  The fact that this happens on an entirely different computer opens up more possibilities.

    Please start with a clean uninstall and reinstall of Origin:

    • Quit Origin, then right-click on the Task Bar and open the Task Manager.  Scroll through looking for Origin entries.  If you find any, click on them and End Task.
    • Clear Origin's cache.
    • Download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) from here.
    • Launch Revo, select Origin from the list, and click Uninstall.
    • When it finishes uninstalling, select "Moderate" under "scanning modes," and click Scan.
    • If Revo finds any remaining registry entries, select all, delete, and click Next.
    • Revo will display "Remaining Data and Folders."  Select all of them except for the "Origin Games" folder, if it appears.  (This is where Sims 4 and other Origin games are installed by default.)  Delete the rest.
    • Close Revo, and restart your computer.

    Next, download the full Origin installer and run it.  Here's the direct download link:

    Be sure to run both the installer and Origin itself as an admin: right-click on each and select "Run as Administrator."  When installing, Origin will list a number of settings it would like to enable: open at Windows login, keep Origin and games up to date, share hardware info, etc.  Please disable all of them, at least for now, even if you want those options present at some later point.

    You may need to repair Sims 4 afterwards: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
