Sims 4: repair changes language; missing text strings

I noticed that the Uploaded Videos and Screenshots folders in the Documents are in a foreign language. I decided to fix the game using the EA app. After the repair, my game changed the language from ...

How did you game the language back to english because I pretty much tried everything and nun happening?

@boytron14  The only way to change languages, I mean other than the odd time when the EA App does it for you, is to uninstall and reinstall Sims 4.  If you're trying this and don't see the language you want to play in, please let me know what that is as well as the options you currently have when reinstalling.
