Error 0x80000003 is caused due to some Registry files conflicting with The Sims 4 app, drivers missing or it isn't compatible with the hardware to run the program.
Could you post your computer's DxDiag?
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
You can attach the text file to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.
I don't work for EA Here it is.

- First, check if your Windows is up to date
https://support.microsoft.com/help/4027667/windows-10-update
- Then go to the Acer page and looks for new drivers for your hardware.
First of all, look for graphic drivers for your graphics cards: Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 and NVIDIA GeForce 940M
The drivers you have are over 2 years old.
Your computer model: Aspire E5-573G
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
You can also look for these drivers on Intel and Nvidia website
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/
- Check which card the game uses. This information can be found in the "Config" text document file in the game folder. It looks like the game uses the Intel card instead of Nvidia.
- In an elevated CMD run the chkdsk /r command. It can fix and recover any damaged segments on the drive.
