Sims 4 Repeatedly Crashing

I am having trouble with my game as it keeps crashing every 30 minutes or so. I wait and it freezes, sometimes fixes tself, but if not, it tells me it's not responding and forces me to close the game...

BTW THERE ARE  some people saying its the origin that makes the game crashing so try to disable it  i will try now it might work

so don't open orgin will not crash again?

    with or without origin open, mine still crashes.
